.
Q1: Can people other than Grange members rent the Grange facility?
A1: Yes. For decades the Grange hall, large parking lot, and Youth Center have been available for rent to Central Coast residents, visitors to Monterey County, and local organizations. Our facility offers indoor and outdoor spaces for small to large parties /events of up to 140 attendees. However, only the following types of non-profit organizations can reserve/use the Youth Center: 501c, c3, c4, c5, c6, c8, and c10.
Q2: How do we go about renting the Grange Hall, Parking lot, or the Youth Center?
A2: Find the majority of your answers on this page. Then, when you are ready, click this, REQUEST Your Date link, to digitally submit your rental/reservation (R&R) information to our R&R Secretary. She or he will reply to you within five business days and then work 1-on-1 with you to REQUEST your event date(s), set the rental cost, sign over keys, etc. NOTE: Scheduled physical touring of the main hall requires a small fee as shown on the renter reservation form. The R&R application triggers the lock-in process. So, please donโt call, text, or send us a Facebook message. Our representative will ONLY talk with you AFTER receiving the Rental Reservation form.
Q3: Is the facility available to rent on my desired date/time?
A3: Click one of the 3 calendar links below to navigate to the year, month, and day(s) that you want to hold your event. Large Hall
- Seats 140 guests in chairs only or 120 at tablesโ easily accommodating small, medium, and large events
- 90 parking spaces means no parking problems!

We provide a small microwave oven. The table sitting between the sinks and stove makes preparation and clean-up easy and efficient. The serving window adds flexibility for events. The side door to the back of the hall allows easy delivery of supplies and access to and from the BBQ pits.
- Our rectangular tables & chairs allow easy event configuration. Tables easily seat 8 people.
- If needed, set up a dual buffet line allowing rapid self-serving by the guests.
- Handicap Accessibility: Each building has a gentle sloping cement ramp from the parking lot up to the entrance door. Each restroom has a toilet stall large enough to support wheelchair access and has handrails.
