Parking Lot – Description
Excellent space and layout for a flea market, farmers market, car show, cook-off, or safe holiday celebration for families/children.
Close to Hwy-101 with easy entry and exit for food vans, bus-sized RVs, and pickups with trailers.
90 total parking spaces in the L-shaped parking lot beside the Large Hall.
30,625 sq/ft booth area right of the hall that easily holds 30 booths each 20′ wide x 10′ deep.
Typical customer parking: 36 cars park in front of the Hall and 22 park at the Youth Center.
220v & 110v hook-up point at the side of the hall for the organizer’s RV or Food Wagon, etc.
Rent the hall restrooms to avoid hauling in portable toilets.
Rent the hall to make money selling meals or served for take-out.
Automatic nighttime security lighting.

Monterey County Waste Management annually accepts dropped-off North County waste brought to dumpsters located in the Grange parking lot. Accepted waste items include mattresses, furniture, yard waste, Appliances w/o Freon, electronic waste, metals, tires but no rims (limit 2 per vehicle & no tractor tires).     Limited hazardous waste is accepted including, anti-freeze, batteries, motor oil, latex paint in 1 gal jugs, medical sharps in approved containers.

On the first Monday of each month, the Monterey County Food Bank hands out food to North County locals in need of food assistance. However, if that Monday is a federal holiday the service will slip to the 2nd Monday of the month.

Food issue runs from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. However, cars often begin lining up at 8 a.m. and the handouts can run past 10 a.m. to 10:30
