• 1. Use the drop-down arrows to sort e.g. change “All Calendars” to “Large Hall” and click “Go”.
• 2. Click the Event to see detail. After viewing detail use your browser arrow back to return to the calendar.
• 3. If viewing on your phone please turn to landscape. The drop downs do not display in portrait view on your phone.
• 4. Use the “previous” and “next” buttons to change months “back” and “forward”. Or use the drop downs, make your choice (month and year) then click “Go”.
